PACT ACT 2020
LATEST STATES ADDED UPDATED APRIL 20, 2021
CO / IL (Excluding Cook County and Chicago) / IN / IA / MT / NV / NJ / NM / WY
We are working diligently with each and every state that will allow us to ship to all of our great customers but we have to follow all state and federal laws. We will make everyone aware as more state become available. Currently all the states in Green will are able to continue without interruptions.
In December 2020, a congressional amendment to the PACT Act was signed into the law as part of the omnibus spending bill. The effect of this new law broadens the definition of tobacco products to include electronic cigarettes, vapes, E-Liquids, and vaping accessories.
Starting March 27, 2021 the PACT will require online retailers to collect state and local excise taxes on vaping products and require Adult Signature (21+) on all deliveries nationwide. Other compliance requirements include labeling and packaging, record-keeping, and State and Federal registration and reporting.
In addition to these requirements, the major shipping carriers will no longer be shipping vaping products. So we have been working hard to find viable solutions.
Our main goal since we started was to help people get off cigarettes. It is exciting to hear regular customers on the phone or in person on how vape saved their lives. So that is why we are working on getting almost all the states back. We will have an update with more states that will be reactivating and we will keep you informed on more states as that information arrives.
Thank You In Advance,
